Date & venue

These 2 elements are the most important to decide on to begin planning your big day. Once you have a date and venue you can then begin putting together your marquee.

Theme

Colour, all white, rustic, vintage, bohemian, traditional, classic, Spanish princess, art deco whatever you’ve dreamt your wedding to look like, get brainstorming. Don’t worry if you don’t know what you want, start a scrap book, wedding magazines, pinterest, wedding blogs pull together all sorts of images that you love, have it somewhere you see it daily. The beauty of a marquee wedding is it can be whatever you want!

Get Organised

Create a timeline, this will keep you from stressing out! Talk with your suppliers to find out when their deadlines are,this is something we can help you with. The timeline will keep you on track.

Ask Questions

We want to hear from you, ask as many questions as you need to; there is no such thing as a silly question! There are also no limits to the amount of meetings you can have, we are just a phone call away.

Your Marquee Wedding – How it Works

  • We will arrange an initial meeting to view the venue, discuss your requirements, budgets & numbers.
  • Following this meeting you will receive a tailored quotation and scale plan.
  • You will then confirm and pay a non-refundable deposit.
  • We will arrange a meeting with you approximately 6 months prior to your wedding, (although we are also happy to meet at any point in the process). This will allow you to ask any questions you may have, discuss the table plan and layout of the marquee and numbers.
  • 2 weeks prior to your wedding we will be in touch to firm up on numbers and sort any last minute changes or requests you may have.
  • 1 week prior we will let you know when we will be arriving to begin building your marquee.
  • The Installation – you will be in the hands of our brilliant ops team. Sit back and watch your wedding come to life!
  • The handover & sign off – once we are finished we will walk you through the marquee to ensure you are happy with the finished product.
  • Then finally, your big day! Sit back, relax and enjoy!
  • The final invoice will be sent the Monday following the event.

Venues

We offer a variety of sites across the island, from breathtaking sea views to country settings. Our venue details are available on our website or in a pdf version we can send to you. Alternatively hiring a marquee also gives you the opportunity to welcome guests to your wedding reception at a family home or private venue.
